serves 2 portions ( I often make this one if I know I need a pick me up at 4pm)
in your blender: Use the large cup (I swear by Nutribullet)
150-200ml oat mylk (or any other plant based mylk = milk)
1 handful of spinach or kale, you can vary here
4 mint leaves
1 orange, peeled and cut into chunks…. get all the juice in.
1/2 medium banana, peeled cut into chunks (could also be from your frozen stock)
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into chunks (frozen too is an option)
2 heaped tsp hemp heart seeds
1/2 tsp baobap powder
1/2 tsp Moringa powder
Topping: home made nut granola or anything else you fancy
Whizz everything except the granola in your blender, and pour mixture into an airtight jar or bowl and leave in the fridge overnight. Add the granola in the morning before eating it or taking it with you.
